Works with the tools you already run on.

Connect the apps your team uses every day. For anything without a connection, the bot works in the website itself from its own cloud browser.

Made to work with ForgeConnect and RealVoice.

ForgeConnect CRM

Already a ForgeConnect CRM customer? Add 1Forgebot to your account. Bots search your contacts and deals, keep records up to date, and log their work, with every record change approved first unless you choose otherwise.

RealVoice

Link your RealVoice account to a workspace. After each call your bot updates the contact, drafts a follow-up text with open slots for your approval, and posts a summary to your thread. RealVoice answers inbound calls only, and bots never place phone calls.

Your everyday apps, by what they do.

Connect the account for each kind of app. What a bot can do on its own, and what waits for your approval, is the same whichever provider you use.

Admins can loosen or tighten these defaults per workspace or per bot. Password and security changes are always handed to a person.

No connection? It uses the website.

Plenty of the tools small businesses rely on have no API at all. Bots handle them in their own cloud browser.

  • Any site with a sign-in page

Supplier portals, government sites, booking back offices. The bot navigates, fills forms, downloads files, and moves data between systems.

  • Sign-ins from the vault

Save a sign-in once. It is filled in for the bot, and the model only ever sees its label. Codes and verification steps come to you.

  • Webhooks

Give another system a routine's private URL and every call to it starts the routine.

Model providers

Choose the provider for each workspace. Switching does not change your bots, skills, or memory.

  • OpenAI

Connect OpenAI models for chat, drafting, and reasoning.

  • OpenRouter

Reach a wide range of models through one OpenRouter connection.

  • DeepSeek

Use DeepSeek models where they fit the work and the budget.
