1Forgebot Terms of Service
Effective date: October 31, 2026
These terms are an agreement between ForgedAgent ("ForgedAgent", "we", "us") and the organization that subscribes to 1Forgebot ("Customer", "you"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them on behalf of your organization.

1. The Service
1Forgebot lets you create AI bots that work in your tools: they read and write in apps you connect, use a cloud browser, follow skills and routines, remember how you work, and ask for your approval before consequential actions according to the rules you set (the "Service").
2. Accounts
- You are responsible for the people you invite, the roles you give them, and everything done under your account.
- Keep sign-in details secure and tell us promptly about unauthorized access.
- Each bot has an accountable human owner in your organization.
3. Subscription, billing, and overage
- The Service is paid. Your plan starts when your first payment succeeds. There is no free plan.
- Plans renew monthly until cancelled. Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes.
- Each plan includes amounts of model credits, bot browser minutes, and other usage. Usage beyond the included amounts is billed on your next invoice at the overage rates shown on the pricing page when the usage occurs.
- Add-ons are billed in addition to your plan.
- You can cancel any time from Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are not refunded except where required by law.
- If a payment fails, we may limit the Service after a grace period until payment is made. Your data is kept while your account is limited.
4. Your bots and your responsibility
- You decide what your bots do: their instructions, the apps and accounts they can use, the rules for what they may do without asking, and the approvals you give.
- Actions a bot takes after you or your rules allow them (for example, sending an email you approved) are your actions. Review approval requests before you approve them.
- You must have the right to connect each app and account you give a bot access to, and to have bots act on them, including complying with those services' terms.
- You must have a lawful basis for any personal information your bots process, and you must give any notices and obtain any consents the law requires, including for messages bots send to other people.
- AI output can be wrong. Check important work before relying on it.
5. Acceptable use
You will not use the Service to:
- send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or messages without required consent;
- break the law, infringe others' rights, or harass, deceive, or impersonate anyone;
- access systems or accounts without authorization, or attempt to bypass security or another service's anti-automation measures;
- interfere with the Service, other customers' workspaces, or our providers;
- build a competing product from the Service.
We may suspend bots, routines, or accounts that violate these rules or put others at risk, and will tell you why unless we are prohibited from doing so.
6. Your content
You own the content you and your bots put into the Service. You give ForgedAgent permission to host, process, and transmit it only as needed to provide and support the Service. We do not use your content to train AI models. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Our property
ForgedAgent owns the Service, including its software, templates, skills, and design. These terms do not transfer any of it to you. Skills and templates you create in your workspace are yours.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers and on apps you connect. Their availability and terms are outside our control, and changes to them can affect what bots can do.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may change features; we will give notice of material changes that reduce what your plan includes.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, ForgedAgent disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, ForgedAgent is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, and ForgedAgent's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Termination
You can stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days of notice, or immediately for serious misuse. After termination you can export your data for 30 days, after which we delete it as described in the Privacy Policy.
13. General
- Governing law: the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
- These terms, the Privacy Policy, and your order are the entire agreement.
- If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
- We will post updated terms at fg1.ca and notify account owners of material changes before they take effect.
